NEW ISHTA MEDITATION CLASS AT THE LIFE CENTRE TUESDAYS @ 10:30 a.m.

One of the best ways to balance all of your doshas by lowering vata, and also to connect with the Universe (what could be better?) is to practice meditation. I am super-excited to be teaching a new class at the Life Centre in Notting Hill from 10:30 – 12 on Tuesdays: ISHTA meditation and yoga. Alan Finger’s meditation classes in NYC are on Tuesday and Thursday mornings so it seems appropriate to be able to offer the same format on the same day in London. The class is structured with pre-meditative asana, pranayama and a meditation technique (changing monthly), followed by 18 minutes of sitting, during which I will do Shakti Pat, to give each student the experience of Samadhi. This will be followed by mantras and some asana at the end for re-grounding. Come and check it out!
